- Mr Lim is currently the Executive Deputy Chairman of LMA International NV and a member of the Governing Council of the Singapore Institute of Management. He was the former Managing Director of Pan-United Corporation Ltd and was previously Chief Executive Officer of Cold Storage Holdings Ltd and Group Managing Director of MPH Ltd. He also sits on the Boards and audit committees of several listed and private companies, including being Audit Committee Chairman of NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Ltd, Pan-United Marine Ltd and Boustead Singapore Ltd. He is also the President of the Singapore Institute of Directors, a member of the Securities Industry Council, Senate Member of the Marketing Institute of Singapore, and a former director/Council Member of both the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce and the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce and the Singapore Confederation of Industries.
- Mr Adair is the President & CEO of Senoko Power in charge of the daily operations and directions of the Group. With extensive electricity supply industry experience in both the UK and Australian electricity markets, Mr Adair has worked in the utilities industry around the world and brings a broad spectrum of experience to Senoko Power. Most recently, he held several senior management positions with international companies including Powergen, the UK-based global energy company and Yallourn Energy in Australia.
- Dato' Derrick Fernandez is the Executive Chairman of Sage 3 Capital Sdn Bhd and the Chairman of several privately owned companies. A Chartered Accountant, he was a founding member of Malaysia's Asset Management Company, Pengurusan Danaharta Bhd, and has held very senior Credit and Risk related positions in Standard Chartered Bank (Malaysia), Amanah Merchant Bank and RHB Bank. He retains a Specialist Advisory role on NPL Management and Debt Restructuring in Malaysia to some of the world's largest financial institutions.
- Mr Khaw is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Mediaring Ltd. He is also a member of the Board of SATS and a member of the advisory council for Singapore Polytechnic Business School.
- Mr Koh is currently the Managing Director of Astra Oil Company Pte Ltd which is the regional office of a global oil trading group, overseeing the group trading activities from Middle East to Far East. He joined Astra in 1989. Prior to joining Astra, Mr Koh was with Mobil Oil for six years working in various functions in their offices in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
- Mr Ong is currently an Advocate and Solicitor and practises law as a consultant with Drew & Napier LLC, a Singapore law firm. A Member of Parliament since January 1997, he also serves as Vice Chairman of the Government Parliamentary Committee (GPC) for Transport. He sits on the board of several listed and private companies, including Breadtalk Group Ltd, OSIM International Ltd, Robinson & Co. Ltd and Silverlake Axis Ltd.
- Mr Yeo is currently Managing Director of Rothschild Ventures Asia Pte Ltd, the Singapore venture capital and private equity unit of the Rothschild Group. He is also a director of N M Rothschild & Sons (Singapore) Limited and represents Rothschild Ventures Asia on the board of directors of several portfolio companies. He has significant experience in direct investments, corporate finance and banking.
